This workshop will feature 3 practitioners. I will begin by leading a lymph system drainage massage (even better if you bring a friend to work with). Yoga instructor Genevra Petito will continue the exercise with a yoga flow designed to help move the lymph to expel toxins. Acupuncturist Mackenna Mastrud will then provide detox points on the ears for those who wish. We will finish with a quiet time for processing, relaxation and conversation. Join us for a relaxing and renewing session to lead into the new week ahead. Space is limited, email to reserve your spot.
